Valentine’s Day 2021 Take & Bake Cooking Instructions
For ease of cleaning, we recommend lining all sheet pans with parchment and spraying with a nonstick cooking spray. Parchment and digital meat thermometers available at grocery stores and our holiday order form.
Crab Cakes (pre-seared) – Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Bake the crab cakes on appropriate pan for 7-9 minutes until hot. Serve with Dipping sauce on top or on the side.
Beef Empanadas (Par Fried)-. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Bake the Empanadas on appropriate pan for 7-9 minutes until hot. Serve with Salsa Verde Sauce on Side.
Vegan Mini Tree Huggers – Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Top the bread with aioli and smoked portabellos. and bake for 7 minutes, then top with cherry tomato and micro greens.
Soup and Salad
Mushroom Latte – Warm on Medium heat in small non reactive pot stirring off and on until hot. Then whisk vigorously to make foamy. Pour in to small pre warmed coffee cup and garnish with the truffle foam.
Citrus Beet Fennel Salad – Toss the Arugula to taste with the dressing. Place on plate and top with the citrus, beets, fennel, Goat Cheese and Pistachio. If Vegan option instead of the goat cheese top with avocado croutons that have been warmed in the microwave or oven.
Pan Seared Scallops – Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Bring the risotto broth to boil in heavy bottom skillet or pot. Add the rice and mushroom mix, turn down to medium and stir often preferably with wooden spoon until hot. Then add the asparagus and cheese and continue to stir and cook for 2 minutes more. For the Scallops Bake on appropriate pan for 5-7 minutes until hot. Put the risotto in broad bowl or plate and top with the scallops and parsley. Serve with lemon Wedge on side.
Rack of Lamb (pre-seared) – Let meat sit at room temperature 30 minutes. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and Roast for 12-15 minutes until meat is 130 degrees for med. rare. 2 min. more for medium, 2 min more for med well and 2 min more for well. Let sit 5 minutes before Slicing along the bone to make individual lollipops. Warm the pomegranate Jus in appropriate container in microwave or small pot on stove and pour over carved meat. Sprinkle with Pomegranate seeds.
Chicken Asparagus Lasagna – Preheat oven to 350 Degrees. Microwave the lasagna in provided container for 3 – 4 minutes until hot. Transfer with a metal spatula to an appropriate pan for the oven, top with cheese and asparagus tips and bake 5-10 minutes more until lightly browned and well melted.
Vegan Zuccado – In a Large non-reactive skillet, sauté the Zucchini noodles over high heat in the virgin olive oil until al dente. Add the Mushrooms, Kalamata, Kale, Peppers and marinara. Continue to sauté until all is hot. Put in a broad bowl or plate and top with the feta.
Chocolate Pots du Crème – Serve at room temperature topped with the berries, whipped cream, and mint tip.
Mixed Berry Tart – Serve at room Temperature topped with mint tip.
Mango Sticky Rice – Put the rice in small bowl or dish. Top with the mango slices. Drizzle with the sauce and top with toasted sesame seeds.
